Why? The app just does not work. The alarm clock is.. Well, theres no alarm clock! Doesnt work with DS1155/12 even though I bought it few days ago, so it should be supported. Radio doesnt work, will you please take some time to fix the app? Would be great if you add an Alarm Clock section, just to make it easier to set the wake up time, and please the ability to set the music as alarm is a must. Thanks

I used/ loved this dock (model DS7550/17) with my iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 (with adapter) and iPhone 6 (with adapter). Suddenly today I was not able to get any sound from the speaker while connected...research shows that this dock is compatible with the iPhone 4 ONLY...was working fine until today! I wont be purchasing another dock from Philips.

Needs work to get it to operate as it should. Does not show a choice of Bluetooth options, will only plat through dock radio. I want to make my choice where music will play!

Seriously, how is this ok? Are you testing these updates before you publish them? Could you fix this so we all can use our docks again?

Will not work on iPod touch or iPhone. Please fix ASAP...

Well, it no longer recognizes my iPod touch as a device, so the alarm and dock are both useless. Thanks for making us use your worthless app to connect to your mediocre dock.

Philips! Please upgrade the UI of this app! This app is nice, but the UI is kinda old! Its like ios4/5! Please update it to like ios7!! It would be great if so!! Thankssss!!

Does anyone from Philips pay attention to these comments? Has not worked since last update! Called company. Emailed company. No response. No fixes. Why would I ever buy Philips again?

Despite Phillips upgrading their app, its downgraded... doesnt anylonger work with my iphone... completely makes the dockstudio obsolete... then I go to their chat support, and despite them making an app that doesnt work, they asked me when I bought the dockstudio to see it was in warranty. Unless quickly fixed... they will have lost another customer for life... was a PITA that needed a special app to run their dockstudi to begin with... bad idea
